EASTER 2026

With the arrival of Spring, we have celebrated Easter in English lessons.  🌷🌼🥚

In HH 4-5 we prepared the baskets and made a very fun egg hunt, despite the bad weather. We shared the chocolate eggs we found outside with the HH 2-3 friends. 

We made bunnies with our hands' silhouettes and a snail using cardstock in 1st cycle. April also told us a very lovely story.

In 2nd cycle we made some crosswords and word-searches, and painted some beach stones. They turned out beautiful! We also made them in 3rd cycle, alongside a big bunny for a classic game we prepared for 1st cycle. They had fun!

BIRDHOUSES

In the Science 2 class we learned about vertebrates from October to December and finished off the topic by building three birdhouses. Each house has a different diameter to let in different bird species: 25 mm, 28mm and 32 mm. 

We assembled the pieces, drilled and secured them using nails. When they were ready, we put hay and cat fur inside to help the birds have a base. 

We hung them up in January and we hope birds come in the future! You can see all about the process here. 

We really enjoyed every step! Thank you to the second cycle students for their great attitude and to April for her help! 😊

The story of the Little Elephant

In December, we performed the story of the Little Elephant twice; once for the 4-5 year-olds and once for the 2nd cycle students. Here you can find the video of the second show where all participants performed. Enjoy!

 

Knock, knock who's there?

From October to December, the 4-5 year-olds have been working with the story "Knock knock, who's there?" and playing the different characters. Here's the video where you can see some of their attempts.

 

Two new animals have been discovered by our students Amaiur and Ekhi.

CANCHEETS

This is Cancheets. She lives in New Zealand. She´s as big as a dog and she is very friendly.

She´s got cat head, zebra body, cheetah legs and lemur tail.

She can run very fast. She eats meat, little bones and grass. She likes runing and playing with people too.

MEGALODON

This is Megalodon.

He has got squid head,rabbits legs, rooster tail and zebra stomach.

He lives in the Basque Country, in Spain.

There is only one Megalodon in the world because hunters killed the other Megalodones, but Megalodones are only killed if you hit them in the head or in the heart.

He likes swimming in the sea and it is not afraid of sharks because it is very strong.
