RECIPE LEMON SHERBET

Ingredients

- 200g sugar - 2egg whites
- 235 ml cream - Salt
- 115 ml lemon juice

METHOD

1) Mix 150g of the sugar, salt and water. Boil it and then simmer it for 5 minutes. Put it in the refrigerator.

2) Add the cream, then the lemon juice. Put into a plastic container. Freeze for 5 hours.

3) Beat the egg whites. Add 50g sugar. Beat the mixture.

4) Break the frozen mixture with a fork. Fold in the egg whites.

5) Put the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours.
